Report a bug

In the case that a bug is found, logs should be shared to be able to identify the issue. The bug report must contain:

  • Platform and SDK version used
  • Collected logs
  • Environment (full URL)
  • Reference number of the transaction if it had an online response (The same Reference number that is passed when
  • a transaction is confirm)
  • Params used for Readers SDK initialization
